Routine Maintenance and Tune-ups

Our ECM blower motor went out on Monday evening. Even though it took a few days - Pat worked hard to get our air back up and running! We really appreciate how hard he worked to track down the motor and find a way to get us taken care of. It took a few days and there were things beyond his control, but we knew he was doing everything he could to get it resolved. We’re very grateful for his persistence and for not giving up on us! And we are DEFINITELY enjoying the cool air today!❄️ Thank you!

We knew our AC unit was on its last leg. We were hoping for an easy fix again, however we needed to replace with a new unit. Patrick explained everything in easy to understand language, gave us his opinion on what unit would work best for our situation and gave us what we thought was a good quote.
